Your attacks score a critical hit on a 19 or 20.
When you score a critical hit on an attack you can choose to make it an Intimidating Strike. When you perform an Intimidating Strike you make a Charisma (Intimidation) check against the target's Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save the target is Frightened of you until the end of your next turn. Choose a creature type: aberrations, beasts, constructs, celestials, dragons, elementals, fey, fiends, giants, monstrosities, oozes, plants, undead. If you score a critical hit on the creature type that you chose, that creature has disadvantage on the Wisdom saving throw. You can do this as many times equal to your proficiency bonus and you gain all expended uses after a long rest.
You gain proficiency in the Intimidation skill if you don't already have proficiency.

Posted Sep 24, 2022Just to clarify your attacks also includes spell attacks and unarmed strikes. This feat is not limited to weapon attacks. This applies whenever you make a d20 attack roll. I made it based on proficiency for uses rather than Charisma modifier. This is to not limit the feat to being best with Charisma based characters.
