Water was dangerous to drink on your homeland, but berries were abundant. You've known a few Druids or Rangers that taught you some secrets of the good wine and start to become obsessed with wine gaining the following benefits:
- choose one: +1 Wis, +1 Cha, +1 Con
- You've learned the Goodberry (GB) spell, can cast it as a 1st level spell with any spell slots you have or once without expending a spell slot and can cast it again when you finish a short or long rest. When casted in this way, the maximum number of GB spells that can have effect at the same time equals to your proficiency bonus (PB). You can exceed this limitation if you expend spell slots for GB or when all the berries created by 1 spell were consumed.
- During a short or long rest, you could cast GB and make GB juice in a little bottle with 10 berries. You could use an action to drink this juice and regain 10 berries worth of HP (Normally 10 HP). This juice retains it's potency for the spell's duration. A 5 minute ritual ends the spell sooner.
- If the juice loses potency you could start it's magical fermentation process (MFP) to produce wine. For each month of MFP that passes, the wine bottle gains 1d6 of berries potency up to 35 berries (up to 45 if you cast GB on it). You can cast GB again in this bottle to add 10 berries of it's potency to the juice instead of creating up to 10 berries, ending it's MFP. Ending the MFP in this way you have to drink it before it loses potency for a 2nd time, otherwise it starts to decompose. The number of GB bottles of wine you can store magically is up to twice your PB. If someone cast dispel magic on the wine during it's MFP, it must succeed against a DC equal to 8 + twice your PB + (choose 1 between Wis, Cha or Int) as this secret is one of your most precious treasures no one gifted you.
- If you don't store GB wine magically you can still learn other nonmagical fermentation ways to create the most delicious wine no one tasted. You can add double PB to any Intelligence (history) check to recall any info about wine even if you're no proficient in the History skill and you always know where to find any type of info about wine, although that info could be very limited and may not be free.
- (optional) Your obsession with wine is so, but so high that is difficult to control it. whenever you hear someone talking about wine you must make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or start to talk about the history of wine, the fine details of how to drink it or the best wine you've truthfully ever tasted. You don't reveal your MFP unless you choose to do so. You can willingly fail this save.
