Add a +5 bonus to all damage rolls with physical weapons. All your physical attacks have advantage as well. However all attacks against you have advantage as you have no regard for self protection. This anger lasts 1 minute unless you want to spend 1 action to calm down ending the effect early. You can use this two times per long rest.
