Prerequisite: You must be able to cast one spell of first level or higher using a spell slot
Once per long rest you have gained the ability to regain half of all expended spell slots during a short rest.
You can expend 1 hit die if you have already used this ability in between long rests to regain half of your expended spell slots of one spell level of your choice.
