Leveling Your Field:
Successfully Gather/Craft items in your G/C level 10 times from a combat, different creatures count different but clusters count as one.
- Example gather from a horde of skeletons that is one point in Apprentice.
- Example gather from a horde of skeletons and ghouls that is 2 points in Apprentice.
- Successful Gathering/Crafting of a grade higher is worth an extra point(2 points). WARNING THIS HAS A HIGHER DC
- Studying of an informative source allows for a point allocation, as long as it fits your current rank or higher.
Apprentice. You have demonstrated the basic care and competencies expected of a gatherer. CR <5
Journeyman. You are recognized as a full member of the guild You gain a +1 bonus to checks you make to gathering. Full members are able to perform guild work during downtime (see below). CR 5-10
Craftsman. You have demonstrated the capabilities of a veteran of the guild. You gain a +1 bonus to checks you make to gather items.CR 10-15
Artisan. Through diligent study, you have achieved the status of a respected artisan. You gain a +1 bonus to checks you make to gather items. CR 15-20
Master. You have ascended to the rank of grandmaster. You gain a +1 bonus to checks you make to craft legendary items. Masters are invited to attend meetings of the council, and often head local chapters CR > 20
