You gain the following benefits:

   ● Whips are now a d6 when used at 10ft.  If the target is within 5ft, it reverts back to a d4 damage die.

• When you take the Attack action and attack with only a whip, you can use a bonus action to make a melee attack with a back-hand snap of the whip. This attack uses the same ability modifier as the primary attack. The weapon’s damage die for this attack is a d6, and it deals slashing damage. If the weapon is used on a target within 5ft, the damage die reverts to a d4.
• While you are wielding a whip, other creatures provoke an opportunity attack from you when they enter the reach you have with that weapon.
