Time spent training and studying has lead you to learn aid those in need, even mid combat. You gain the following benefits:

• You may use the Aid spell ,without the need of materials. However it only has one use per long rest.
• When you pick up one of your Incapacitated allies, you gain an additional 10 walking speed until that ally is dropped.
• When performing the Help Action, you may instead use it as a bonus action.
