Blood Rage

You've been cursed by Acheron bloodlust, and explode in a life-sapping rage as you get angrier by missing attacks. Due to the outbursts, you must hold your temper in day to day life.  You gain the following benefits and detriments:

• You have a meter that accumulates points each time you miss with a melee weapon attack, up to a maximum of two points.
• When your meter is full, you enter a Blood Rage, during which your health is drained every turn for 1d4 + your Proficiency Bonus.
  If you hit with a melee weapon attack during your Blood Rage, you deal extra damage and regain health equal to 1d4 + your proficiency bonus.
• While your Blood Rage is active, the range of your melee weapon attacks increases to 30 feet and does Force damage.
• During your Blood Rage, your meter loses a point each time you hit with a melee weapon attack, and gains a point each time you miss with a melee weapon attack. When the number of points in your meter reaches 0, your Blood Rage ends.
• You can enter a Blood Rage a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, regaining all expended uses on a long rest.
