Gift of The Seer (Tier One)

Passive: You can not be scryed on by divination magic. Additionally, whenever you are under the night sky without any obstructions (ceilings, underground, etc.) you gain darkvision out to 120 ft. In that radius, you can see in dim light as if it were bright light and in darkness as if it were dim light.
Active: You are given the gift of foresight, whenever a creature you can see within 30 feet of you is about to make an attack roll, a saving throw, or an ability check, you can use your reaction to roll a d4 and add or subtract the number rolled to the total. This reaction can occur after you know the outcome of the roll. You can use this reaction a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
