A Moon druid now has access to the shapes of Aberration, Celestial, Dragon, Elemental, Fey, Fiend, Giant, Humanoid, Monstrosity, Ooze, Plant. In order to use this feat, the Druid must use a spell slot of the same level as the CR for the creature in addition to make the shape. If the Moon Druid takes damage while using the feat, they must make a concentration check to hold onto the shape.
If the player is concentrating on a spell at the time of using this feat, they must drop the concentration on that spell. If they attempt to use ability special to the shape they have taken, after the use of the ability they must also make a concentration check to uphold the form.
