Gift of The Gulp (Tier One)

Passive: You can communicate simple ideas with beasts that can breathe water. They can understand the meaning of your words, though you have no special ability to understand them in return. You can have a regular conversation with goldfish.

Active: You can summon an ethereal goldfish on a point you can see within 30 ft that swallows creatures within a 10 ft radius sphere. Any creatures within the area must succeed on a DC 10 + double your proficiency bonus DEX save or become restrained and take a number of d8 equal to your proficiency bonus of force damage. On a success they take half as much damage and are not restrained. A creature affected by this ability may reroll the save at the end of each of their turns
