Lunar Charm

As an action to use the moon's energy to create an illusion of your choice to charm or frighten a creature you can see within 120ft.

• You can perform this action twice per long rest. (This does not expend a spell slot)
• The target creature must succeed on a wisdom saving throw (DC 15) else they become charmed or frightened.
• If you perform this action at night the wisdom save DC is increased by 2 (DC 17).
• If you perform this during a full moon, the target creature does not make a wisdom saving throw and is immediately charmed or frightened.
