You have adapted overtime to your natural blindness. You have blindsight permanently within 20ft, but have disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that involve anything involving fine detail that you cannot touch, as well as Ranged attacks. You lose this blindsight if you are deafened. After you select this feat, you ignore any other senses you have except the blindsight.
