Prerequisite: Must be a Human
Over the course of 3 days of nonstop, excruciatingly painful surgery, you have reached a level far above that of regular humans. You gain the following benefits:
- Your Constitution score increases by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You now count as Huge when determining how much you can carry, lift, or push.
- You grow 2 feet in height.
- You gain a +1 to your Armor Class.
