• Immediately after a creature you can see makes an Attack Roll and hits a target other than you that is within 5 feet of you, you can use your Reaction to interpose your Shield and impose a penalty equal to your proficiency bonus on the Attack Roll, potentially turning it into a miss. You must be wielding a Shield to use this Reaction.
• If you have already taken this fighting style through your class, you cannot retake this style.
