Thanks to extensive practice with crossbows, you gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Dexterity score by 1 to a maximum of 20.
• You ignore the Loading property of crossbows.
• Being within 5 feet of an enemy doesn’t impose a Disadvantage on your Attack Rolls with crossbows.
• When you make the extra attack of the Light weapon property, you can add your Ability Modifier to the damage of the extra attack if that attack is with a crossbow that has the Light property.
• Heavy Crossbow Expert: When you score a critical hit on a ranged Attack roll (Crossbows Only), you can stun the target until the start of your next turn instead of doubling the damage.

Property (Light): When you take the Attack Action on your turn and attack with a Light weapon in one hand, you can make one extra attack as part of the same Action. That extra attack must be made with a different Light weapon, on the other hand, and you don’t add your Ability Modifier to the additional attack’s damage. You can make this extra attack only once on each of your turns.
