This Isn't Flying It's Falling With Style

Just because your wings were ruined and you can no longer fly doesn't mean that they are useless. As long as you are conscious and able to use what's left of your wings you have the permanent ability similar to the spell Feather Fall. Any condition that would prevent you from using your wings will take away this ability (unless you can roleplay a good reason to keep it)
