Funneled Casting

When you would cast a damage-dealing spell with an area of effect, you may instead pick a single target within range and make a ranged spell attack roll against them (adding your Spell Attack Bonus as normal.) On a successful hit, that spell deals an additional number of die to the target equal to the spell's level.
