The intellect devourer inside this host creature's head can sense the presence and location of any creature within 300 feet of it that has an Intelligence of 3 or higher, regardless of interposing barriers, unless the creature is protected by a mind blank spell.
This feat is gained by the host creature when an intellect devourer successfully uses its Body Thief ability. Since this is a racial feature of the intellect devourer, should it ever leave the host creature, this feat is lost.
