Boon of Spell Mastery

Choose one 1st-level sorcerer, warlock, or wizard spell that you can cast. You can now cast that spell at its lowest level without expending a spell slot.

If you are a wizard, you can exchange the spell that you chose for a different 1st-level spell that is in your spellbook. You do this when you choose different spells using the spell mastery class feature.
