This feat uses a special condition called Intoxicated. The intoxicated condition is the poisoned condition caused by alcohol.

You are more accustomed to being at least slightly intoxicated than to being sober, and you've learned to function better in some ways with alcohol in your system.

You gain advantage on saving throws made against the intoxicated condition. Additionally, while you are affected by the intoxicated condition, your AC increases by an amount equal to half your proficiency bonus, rounded up.

As a bonus action on your turn, you can take a swig of alcohol. When you do, you gain advantage on the next attack roll or ability check you make, and attacks made against you have disadvantage until the start of your next turn. Once you use this feature, you have disadvantage on all saving throws you make until the start of your next turn.

When you use this feature, you must make a constitution saving throw against intoxication. The DC starts at 10, and increases by 2 each time you make the saving throw until you complete a long rest, at which time the DC resets to 10. On a failure, you become intoxicated. While intoxicated, you may continue to use this feature. If you fail a saving throw against intoxication while already intoxicated, you become unconscious and incapacitated until the intoxication affect ends. If you become intoxicated in this way, you remain intoxicated until you complete a short or long rest, or benefit from an effect that removes poison, such as the lesser restoration spell.
