Lycanthropes have the same statistics and skills as their humanoid form, gain the traits of their associated werecreature and benefit from the damage immunities of their associated werecreature.
Damage Immunity. You are immune to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from non-magical attacks.
Damage Vulnerability. You are vulnerable to damage from silvered weapons.
Shapechanger. Your creature type becomes Shapechanger in addition to your native creature type. For example, Humanoid (Human, Shapechanger) or Humanoid (Goblinoid, Shapechanger).
Transform. You can use your action to polymorph into a bear-humanoid hybrid, into a bear or back into your true form. When you polymorph into a bear-humanoid hybrid, you can use the Hybrid Bite and Hybrid Claw attacks granted by this feat. These attacks are intended to represent the attacks of a Werebear. When you polymorph into a bear, use the "extras" feature to wildshape into a Cave Bear.You can use this trait a number of times equal to you proficiency bonus and regain expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Bear Strength. Your strength score is increased to 19. If your strength is already 19 or higher, nothing changes.
Bear Resilience. You gain a +1 bonus to your armor class when in hybrid form or bear form. This is considered natural armor.
Keen Smell. You have advantage on perception checks that rely on smell.
