Prerequisite: At least 17th level, and must have a charisma and intelligence of at least 16 and 14 respectively.
Despite what some may see as a menial intelligence, you know how to use what you know to get what you want from your friends and foes alike. When you take this feat, you gain the following benefits:
- You gain a number of uses equal to your Proficiency Bonus, these uses reset on a Long Rest.
- As a Bonus action, you may spend a use to make a wisdom (Insight) check or intelligence (investigation) check against a creature's intelligence score to scan them of notability or externally read them. If your roll meets or exceeds the creature's INT score, you gain advantage on the next charisma ability check you make.
- As a bonus action, you can spend a use to make a charisma(Persuasion) check against a wisdom score of an ally, if your check is success, that creature gains the benefits of the bless spell until the end of your next turn.
