Unearthly Speed

Through intense focus, determination, magical assistance, and training you’ve achieved a level of speed and agility unseen by most mortals. With this achievement, you gain the following benefits:

• Your walking speed increases by 10 ft.
• When you use the Dash action, difficult terrain doesn't cost you extra movement on that turn.
• You gain advantage on initiative checks.
•  Finally, when your Initiative roll is at least 10 higher than one creature you are fighting, you gain the following benefits: a +2 bonus to your Armor class, advantage on dexterity ability checks and saving throws, and an additional action on your turn. This additional action can be used only to take the attack (one weapon attack only), Dash, Disengage, Hide, or Use an object action. These effects last until the end of the first round of combat.
