Runes have always been used to contain and utilize arcane energies in various fashions. However, there is a lack of understanding with the full potential of runes, the ancient magic that has remained essentially unchanged since its conception during the creation of the universe. Yet there remain those who understand how to bring about the apex of these symbols' power. Those who have been touched by the eldritch magic of a patron and gained their newfound power know not the true power which lay dormant beneath their patron's gift. Utilizing these ancient runes to draw from the world magic, they have gained the ability to draw upon the world's magic in order to supplement their own. These runes may be inscribed anywhere upon the body of the warlock, the runes themselves glow a blue colour which shifts to red when drawing upon world magic. Once per day the warlock can draw upon the world's magic contained in the runes to revitalize one spell slot.
