You can use your Heavy Armor to deflect strikes, granting you the following benefits:

• First, increase your Constitution or Strength score by 1 to a maximum of 20.
• When you’re hit by an attack while you’re wearing Heavy Armor, any Bludgeoning, Piercing or Slashing Damage dealt to you by that attack is reduced by an amount equal to your Proficiency Bonus.
