Through rigorous training you've mastered the use of weapons which are neither heavy nor ranged:

• Before you make a melee attack with a weapon that you are proficient with you can choose to reduce the roll by your Proficiency Bonus. If the attack hits, you add double your Proficiency Bonus to the damage.
  (The used Weapon must not be heavy.)
