You attempt to force the Madness in the Veil over a creature within 60 Ft of you. You force a creature to roll on the Madness table for a Short Term effect. If the creature is killed during the effect the Visions of Madness move to another hostile creature within 30 feet of the creature killed. If a hostile target is not available it will move to the closest ally in range. The new creature or ally must roll on the Madness table for a Long Term effect. If this creature is killed during this effect, the Visions of Madness move to another creature within 15 ft of the creature killed. If a hostile target is not available it will move to the closest ally in range. The new creature or ally must roll on the Madness table for a long term effect, as well as being stunned for 3 turns. Additionally, the caster must now roll on the Madness table for a Short Term effect. You may use this effect once per long rest.
