Additionally you gain reactive resistance when taking acid, cold, fire, lightning, or poison damage, you can use your reaction to give yourself resistance to that instance of damage. This reaction can only beuse a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus.

By sacrificing your reactive resistance one increces the damage input for less time. While sacrificing one of your reactive resistance the dice increase from a d4 to a d6 and time is cut from 1 minute to 30 seconds. Aditionaly one can sacrifice 2 reactive resistance to enhance the dice from d4 to d8, time unfortunately lowers down to 15 seconds of combat. Similar to before, one can use up to 3 of the reactive resistance to transform the d4 to a d10 for 6 seconds of combat.
On an other note, one can sacrifice the d4 for additional reactive resistance. One rolls the d4 to determent how many additional reactive resistance is gain.
