By attending regular mindfulness and awareness training and by practicing or meditating on the tenants of mindfulness for 2 downtime hours daily for 60 days, one can achieve the I'm Not My Thoughts Feat.
By gaining this feat you are more innately aware of your surroundings at all times. You have an awareness of the world around you, you can hear through the "white noise" of life, and are empathetic to other people and creatures, and have a sense that all is as it is. You gain +3 bonus to your passive perception. This feat can only be taken once.
