After learning how to cast wish "properly" from extensive training from the Djinn, one can carefully cast wish without risking the possibility of casting wish in the future. There is a major restriction in that the wish cannot overcome mortal bounds (consult the DM to see if the desired wish would do so). To use this feat, the wish must consume 1,500 gp of material components (following the rules for spell components), an arcana check of DC25 must be passed, and the spell's casting time is increased to 10 minutes. If cast this way, this spell can be cast in this manner once per long rest. The cast may choose not to apply this feat when they cast, and thus cast the spell Wish as normal.
Alternatively, the caster can cast wish on behalf of another, as a noble genie with the same restrictions. They do not risk stress when they do so, however, their wish must be in line with the traditions of noble genies. While the character could hypothetically ignore this restriction, if it is found to have been willingly violated, all Djinn will see the caster as a mortal foe and immediately seek their destruction.
