You gain proficiency in the Arcana skill.
Whenever you make a saving throw for an effect created by Halaster Blackcloak you may roll with advantage or choose to fail. Additionally, you are twice as likely to be targeted by the effects of a randomized Elder Rune, and you may choose the Boon option instead of the Bane. Remind the DM when the Elder Rune is triggered.
