You have learned how to use you body to fuel your spells, giving you the following benefits:
- Increase your Constitution by +1.
- You may spend hit dice to increase the damage of your spells, each die spent adds that much damage to the spell. In the case of area effect spells or spells that affect more than one target you must choose a target to take the extra die of damage.
- You gain proficiency with Constitution saving throws.
