Prerequisite: Requires a 13 or higher in Wisdom, Intelligence, or Charisma
C'mon, you're a master of the Arcane Arts! So why not show off a little?
-
Add +1 to Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma, to a maximum of 20.
-
You learn one cantrip of your choice from the following options; Minor Illusion, Prestidigitation, Thaumaturgy, or Druidcraft. You can cast this spell without performing any somatic or Material components. The spells’ spellcasting ability is the ability increased by this feat. Additionally if you knew one or more of these spells before obtaining this feat, then they will also benefit from this feat.
- When you cast a spell as an action, you can use a free object interaction on the same turn to immediately cast a cantrip that benefits from this feat. When you cast a cantrip in this way the range of that cantrip is increased to match the range of the spell cast as an action until the end of your current turn. (Example: If you use an action to cast Magic Missile, you can use a free object interaction to cast prestidigitation. To make it so that Magic Missile will Soil whatever it hits. Or for example, you could cast Sunbeam and Druidcraft. So that way Sunbeam would leave a trail of flowers in it's path of radiant destruction.) However, if you cast a cantrip that benefits from this feat as an action. You cannot cast the same cantrip as a free object interaction.
- (You can select this feat multiple times. Each time you do so. you must choose a different spell.)

Posted Nov 7, 2022Alright So I lied about the previous version being the last one.
Basically in this update I mostly just tidied everything up. I changed the term "Free Action" To "Free Object Interaction". (They both are effectively the same thing, but I wanted to go with the official terminology) I provided more clarity on the prerequisite's for the feat, and I also added Minor Illusion to this feat. I originally didn't add it, since Minor Illusion can be a very powerful spell in the right hands, but I changed my mind.
Also to clarify on this part "You learn one cantrip of your choice from the following options; Minor Illusion, Prestidigitation, Thaumaturgy, or Druidcraft. You can cast this spell without performing any somatic or Material components." When I say "Somatic or Material components". What I mean is You can cast this spell without Somatic components, or you can cast this spell without Material components. So you effectively get to choose what stipulation to ignore. This is done in an attempt to balance out Minor Illusion, because Minor Illusion would become a hell of a lot more powerful if you could cast it without any components.
Edit: After I wrote this, I remembered that Arcane focuses and Material pouches exist. So this isn't much of a nerf...FML
But yeah that's about it, and Hopefully I don't have to remove Minor Illusion from the list. Have a good day!
