Much like the spell Bloodish Whip you unleash a dark red, slivering, deathly looking whip from your wrist holding it in your hand that will lash out at a chosen creature of your choice. Make a melee attack against a chosen target. If the attack hits, the creature takes 1d8 necrotic damage. You also regain hit points equal to the amount of necrotic damage dealt If you are at full heath you can redirect the hp to someone with 30 feet of you.
At Higher Levels: This gains more than one level of hit dice as you reach higher levels: you get two HD at 5th level, then three HD at 11th level, and four HD at 17th level. If the Hit Points are not needed it will only count as regular damage.
