Increased toughness: Your constitution score increases by 2 as well as your max constitution score.
Increased crit: Your crit range increases by 1. (You now crit on an 19 or 20 if you would normally crit on only a 20. This effect is stackable with other crit range increasing effects).
Damage resistances: You gain resistant to fire, cold, lightning, and all damage from non-magical weapons. If you were already resistant to any of these through means other than magical equipment, you instead become immune.
You can grapple creatures one size larger than you as long as your strength score is 16 or above, you can grapple creatures two sizes larger than you if your strength score is above a 20.
