Prerequisite: Must be a shifter of some type.
This ability is only known to shifters who have taken on the face of complete horror. When activated, this form has a vocal and physical repulsing ability, causing all in a 30 foot range of direct sight or sound of the shifter must make a Wisdom saving throw, DC 14. On a failure, the person becomes frightened, falls to there knees, and also is defend if effected by the vocal element, and take 2d6 Psychic damage.
Following saving throws are made at the beginning of the victims turn, as a Wisdom Saving throw, DC 14.
