Latent Psychic

Exposure to massive amounts of other worldly energies has effected the psychic of the subject. Their brain has been enhanced enough that they now have a small amount of psionic power in them. Enough to slightly alter things around them. Their senses have not been altered except in a way to allow the brain energy to effect a desired physical effect. Making it more powerful. This power grows with use from minimal to a substantial power. One that can aid in a subjects combat on a small scale.
