You may pick one race. If you have four or less hit points and are wielding a melee weapon, you may use your reaction to bring yourself to zero hit points if an attacker of your chosen race hits you with an attack.
If you are capable of rage, upon seeing someone of your chosen race you must roll a wisdom saving throw. The DC is your wisdom plus eight. On a failed saving throw you automatically go into rage, and on a successful saving throw you may choose to go into rage.
