Curse of Empathy

This curse binds two souls to share in mind and body.

You gain the ability to communicate telepathically with the bound souls as long as you are on the same plane of existence.

You have three charges that you may use for the following effects:

• Shared pain- When the shared soul takes damage, as a reaction, you may take half of the damage from the bonded soul reducing the damage taken by the other soul by that amount.
• Shared strength- When the bound soul is affected by a condition you may, as a reaction, grant them advantage on the save if you roll a successful save as though you had been the target of the effect.

These charges reset at Dawn.

Whenever the bound souls are separated by the planes they gain 1 level of exhaustion until reunited on the same plain.

Whenever one of the bound souls falls unconscious from damage roll a wisdom save.

Whenever one of the bound souls dies roll a wisdom save.
