A permanent, part demonic, part magic visual augment enables you to see in magical darkness in grey tones like Darkvision with a 60ft range. In normal darkness, you have Darkvision range of 120ft.
You take the Blinded condition if in the range of the spell Daylight.
You have disadvantage on checks that rely on sight in natural bright daylight.
If you are inside in normal daylight or it's stormy or raining or they are in a cave your vision is unaffected. If, under these conditions, others creatures bring up torches, campfires or cantrips like Light, you may experience mild discomfort but are otherwise unaffected.
