This feat can only be taken by Monks with the Way of Shadow Monastic Tradition. Your mastery of your Shadow Arts allows you to cast one non-cantrip spell of your choice using your Shadow Arts feature without having to spend Ki to do so. Once you have used this feature you cannot do so again until you have completed a long rest. Additionally, you no longer need to provide Verbal components for spells cast through your Shadow Arts feature or this feat.
