You have become intimately familiar with the body and how it works, gaining the ability to repair yourself using your innate abilities.

• Increase your Intelligence score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You gain the option to use your action to expend a hit dice without a short rest, this cannot be done while actively changing shape.
• In addition, you can actively replace a lost body part such as a limb or eye, this takes 10 minutes and during the process you cannot take actions, bonus actions, or reactions such as with the incapacitated condition. If you end the process early, you don’t lose progress on the restoration but you cannot shapechange until the process is complete. No extra body parts can be added in this way. Once you have used this feature you cannot do so again until you have finished a long rest.
