You have tried...

You've tried to help the ones closest to you... You've tried to help someone, who you deemed an ally, a friend even, and have tried to do so countless times. You have tried to make things better around you! But... This path has led you back here - just to wander the world by your lonesome. You have been hit so many times by acquaintances and foes alike, you don't even know who to believe anymore... But there's one thing that you know for sure. Even if you awaken from a nightmare, you will always be able to look up to the skies and see the Sun. There IS a brighter future for you. It IS somewhere out there... You don't know where, you don't know how, you don't know whether you will be able to comprehend it even, if you saw it, but you know that this future WILL be yours and you WILL be able to bask in it someday! Someday...

While you have had a lot of bitter experiences in your lifetime, you didn't fail to learn from it all, which grants you these benefits:

  • Unbridled Vigor - you have been beaten harder, than a rented pack mule. What's one more hit going to do to you? You will only hit back harder! (+2 to hit against the last opponent that struck you before your turn, +2 to all CON saving throws)
  • Heavy Sleeper - you have found that sleeping without a tent and a bedroll or in a full suit of armor is not so bad as others told it could be. You are more enamoured by the power that the elements hold over the domain of nature... (You do not have to use a bedroll or a tent to have a nights' rest. You do not aquire the points of exhaustion caused while traveling and/or resting without a tent and a bedroll or in a suit of armor even in extreme weather. If the weather is extreme weather, roll a d20. If the result is greater than or equal to 14, you get a point of inspiration)
  • Survivalist - you have been round and about the world, seen a lot of ruins, ventured through forests and swamps, swam through wild rivers... You have a keen eye for resourses around these parts (+2 to Investigation, Perception, Nature and Stealth in all enviroments, except Coast, Desert and Grassland. Your swimming speed is equal to your walking speed)
  • Solidarity of the Meek - you share a bond with the people, who were given a life of poverty and everlasting labor. You know... Or, rather, KNEW it all too well yourself... (+2 to Persuasion, Insight and Performance against the poor and the commonfolk and +1 instead of +2 against workers, farmers, guards, bandits and small merchants)

Even though you have learned a lot in your travels, the bitterness to the inequality and unfairness of the world and festering feeling of anger continue to weigh heavily upon your mind:

  • Unsteady Stance - after all your travels and hard work you put in, you believed that you can be entitled to, at least, a nights' rest! But, knowing what you know, you should've known better... (You have three PERMANENT hidden points of exhaustion. You MUST have a long rest after each day of labor to replenish your strength. You do not get benefits from short rests. If someone is trying to desrupt your rest by any action, they have to roll a d20. If the result is greater than or equal to 16, you will wake up. When you are awoken, you get a point of exhaustion that adds above all the hidden points, making ALL of the hinderances of four points of exhaustion to come in effect. When you manage to get a long rest, ALL non-hidden points of exhaustion are removed)
  • General Unease - you feel "naked" while traveling through open areas and big populated cities. You are too paranoid of the scenarios that may come to pass to concentrate (-2 to Investigation, Perception, Nature and Stealth in enviroments Coast, Desert, Grassland and inside big cities)
  • Spitefulness of the Rich - you share a mutual distrust and disgust with the people of the "upper crust of society". But, understanding the possible consequences of a transgression against big merchants and nobility, you are mustering all your strength not to clock "Mr. Smug Moneybags", that sits across from you in his bougie armchair-throne or what ever, right in his shining bald dome. You are not interested in them as a being and they are indifferent, if not passive-aggressive, to you as possible clientele or guest (-2 to Persuasion, Insight, Performance and Sleight of Hand against big merchants and baronettes and -3 instead of -2 against nobility)
