You suffer from some long-term debilitating illness.

• Decrease Constitution score by 2.
• You take disadvantage on rolls to resist exhaustion.
• You must make a DC 8 Constitution check (with disadvantage) to reduce your level of exhaustion even when you would normally be able to do so for free.
• By selecting this drawback the character is able to select two additional feats and one proficiency (language, skill, or tool).
