Your Shadow is its own Entity that can move independently from you wile in combat your shadow shares your initiative it may only take the dash or move action. when your shadow is away from you you have no shadow.
Shadow Swap: as a reaction you may Swap locations with your shadow you may do this once per day or spend a Psi die
Shadow Charm: as a bonus action you can command your shadow Charm and Enemy Unless they make a Charisma save vs your Intelligence Spell save dc if they succeed you may not do this on them again if they fail the effect lasts 1 hour. You can do this Proficiency times per long rest.
