Umberlee's Blessing

You have received Umberlee's blessing or been touched by the evil elemental power of water to gain the following benefits

• You can breathe air and water and have a swimming speed equal to your walking speed.

• You gain cold damage resistance.

• You learn the Shape water cantrip and starting at 3rd level, you learn the thunderwave spell, and at 5th level, you learn the summon beast spell, but you can only summon creatures from the coastal and underwater environment. You can cast each of these spells without expending a spell slot. Once you cast either of these spells in this way, you can’t cast that spell in this way again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast these spells using spell slots you have of the appropriate level. The spellcasting ability is Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma you choose the attribute when selecting this feat.
