You can inspire your team to push trough even the hardest of challenges.

Twice per short rest you can spend your action to roll a performance check. If your roll is above 11 every party member that can hear you will recive a random buff for the duration of the fight.

Buff list: Resistance to charmed, Restiance to slashing damage, Resistnace to bludgeoning damage, restore 1 level 3 or under spell slot, Heal 1 it dice, Resistance to cold, + 1 to a random attribute, + 1 to "to hit" checks.
