You have been blessed by a queen of Silver dragons, and gain the following abilities as a result.
Scales of Otaaryliakkarnos: When hit by a weapon or spell attack, as a reaction you may cause a burst of scales made of ice to fill the air around you. All enemies with 10 feet must make a DC 15 Dexterity Saving Throw or take 2d8 cold damage and have their speed halved until the end of their next turn. Creatures who succeed take half damage and no penalty to their movement speed. You can do this a number of times per day equal to your proficiency modifier.
Silver Queen's Breath: Once per day, as an action, you can exhale a 60 foot cone of cold energy. All creatures within this cone must make a DC 18 Constitution Saving Throw. All creatures that fail will take 6d10 cold damage and are restrained until the end of their next turn as ice encases their limbs. Creatures who succeed take half damage.
Silver Queen's Sorrow: You gain the ability to cast Summon Draconic Servant once per day if you do not already know it. If you do, the first casting is free. Once per day, your casting of Summon Draconic Servant summons the spirit of Otaaryliakkarnos' daughter. This casting of the spell deals cold damage, and an additional 2 dice of damage for each attack or breath weapon. Additionally, it' AC increases by 2.
