When you take this feat, pick three different spellcasting classes. You learn one cantrip from each of those classes' spell list. You can cast these as bonus actions, and you use that classes' spellcasting ability for the cantrip's casting (wisdom for cleric and druid, intelligence for wizard, charisma for bards, sorcerers, and warlocks).
